Book Chapter


We offer an opportunity for you to publish your work in a book chapter. Please refer to the guidelines below before submitting to us. You may submit your payment at the registration (for Book Chapter) page.


Preparation of manuscripts

The submission file must be prepared in Microsoft Word document file format (please insert an EndNote citation into the manuscript). The font should be times new roman, size 11 and with 1.5-spaced word. The top, bottom and side margins should be 2.54 cm (normal margins). The length of the manuscript should be no less than 1500 words including title, abstract, figure captions and references.

A. Title page should be arranged as follows:

  1. Title

  2. Full name of each author

  3. Affiliations of all authors

  4. Corresponding author

  5. Abstract

                       • A superscript number must be typed at the end of authors’ names to indicate affiliations.

                       • Affiliations should be numbered (superscript) accordingly.

B. Abstract should include:

  1. Introduction

  2. Materials and methods

  3. Results and discussion

  4. Conclusion

  5. Keywords

                  • The abstract should not be more than 300 words.

                   • A minimum of three and a maximum of five keywords should be included at the end of the abstract.

C. Article body should contain:

  1. Introduction should provide information about the invented/innovated product, problem statement, and objectives.

  2. Materials and methods should describe the study design/methods/materials/instrument/ techniques used.

  3. Results and discussion should describe the invented/innovated product including explanation about the importance, relevance, benefits to the society, novelty, potential commercialisation, and future expansion of the invention/innovation.

  4. Figures should be submitted in either TIFF or JPEG file format. Figures should be arranged in the sequence in which they appear in the text. All figure captions must be typed immediately below the figures. The article is limited to 5 figures to illustrate the invented/innovated product.

  5. Conclusion should summarize the importance and relevance of the invented/innovated product.

  6. References should be numbered in the sequence in which they appear in the text. The reference style should follow the Vancouver style. All references are to be written with ENDNOTE.

  7. The article must contain at least 5 references but is limited to 15 references.
