
Important Notes
Thank you for completing your registration and abstract submission. Here are a few things we’d like you to know before the event on Monday (12 June 2023)

You will be provided with a table (approximately 6’ x 2’) and two chairs. (https://www.iiidentex.com/layout) You are allowed to bring buntings or other allowed exhibits (https://www.iiidentex.com/competition)

You are allowed to set up your exhibit on the 11th June 2023 starting from 8pm to 10pm (Subject to hotel’s readiness). Alternatively, you may also set up your exhibit from 7.30am on the 12th June 2023

You have to ensure that your exhibit is ready by 9am for judging to commence

Your exhibit will be judged by two independent judges that may approach your exhibit either simultaneously or separately. Each judge will put their signature at the designated signage on your table once they have completed their evaluation.

Please register at the registration counter located at the foyer of the Grand Ball Room upon your arrival on the 12th June 2023 (Registration will open from 8am). You may also collect your conference pack and lanyard during registration.

You are required to remain at your booth even after both judges have visited your booth as you may be short-listed for a special award which will require a third-round judging by a special panel of judges. You may only start packing up your exhibit once it is announced that the judging session is over.

Morning break and afternoon tea will be served at the foyer outside the hall.

Lunch will be served (Lunch voucher will be included in your lanyard) at the Funtasia Coffee House from 12pm to 1.30pm.

You are invited to be back at the hall again at 2pm for the closing and awards ceremony.

You may purchase additional medals or award certificates after the closing ceremony either on site or via our website.

Extension cables are not provided however, should you need electrical socket, please contact us by Friday (9th June 2023) (Email us at iiidentex@uitm.edu.my) before 9am so that we may allocate your booth appropriately (Subject to availability)

Please inform us if you have any food allergies or require vegetarian/vegan meal. (Email us at iiidentex@uitm.edu.my by Friday (9th June 2023 before 9am)
Important Note:
1. Your project registration entitles:
a. Admission to the IIIDentEx for ONE (1) pax (presenter)
b. ONE (1) conference pack and lanyard
c. ONE (1) morning break, ONE (1) lunch and ONE (1) afternoon break
d. ONE (1) medal (for winners) and ONE (1) hardcopy award certificate.
e. E-cert (softcopy) project participation certificate. The names of all team members will be included.
f. E-cert (softcopy) of presenter certificate with CPD points.
*While your project registration only admits one pax, we welcome all team members to participate by registering as a visitor.
2. Visitor Registration (member of registered projects) entitles:
a. Admission to the IIIDentEx for ONE (1) pax
b. ONE (1) conference pack and lanyard
c. ONE (1) morning break, ONE (1) lunch and ONE (1) afternoon break
d. E-cert (softcopy) of presenter certificate with CPD points.
3. Visitor Registration (not a member of registered projects) entitles:
a. Admission to the IIIDentEx for ONE (1) pax
b. ONE (1) conference pack and lanyard
c. ONE (1) morning break, ONE (1) lunch and ONE (1) afternoon break
d. E-cert (softcopy) of attendance certificate with CPD points.
